Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our standard delivery time is 2\u20136 days. Because some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary per product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>6.2. Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping is handled by our suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a track &amp; trace code once available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Floraholic is not liable for delays caused by carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Article 7 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal (Returns)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>7.1. Live Plants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Live plants fall under perishable goods and are therefore excluded from the legal right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). This means plants cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>7.2. Other Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For all non\u2011perishable products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a 14\u2011day cooling\u2011off period starting from the day of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must register your return via info@floraholic.nl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a refund once we have received the product in good condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to depreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Article 8 \u2013 30\u2011Day Plant Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We want you to enjoy your plant. That\u2019s why we offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 30\u2011day plant guarantee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your plant unexpectedly deteriorates within 30 days after delivery, despite normal care, please contact us at info@floraholic.nl with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a photo of the plant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a short description of the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We may request additional photos or information to assess the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damage caused by improper care, neglect, or extreme conditions is not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Article 9 \u2013 Return Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For returns of non\u2011perishable products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register your return via info@floraholic.nl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive return instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the product back within 14 days after registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Article 10 \u2013 Complaints<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We care about your satisfaction. You may submit your complaint to the competent court in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Article 11 \u2013 Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, designs) is owned by Floraholic or our suppliers.
