This means they are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code) and cannot be returned like other products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>30\u2011Day Plant Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We want you to be happy with your new green companion. That\u2019s why we offer a 30\u2011day plant guarantee starting from the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your plant unexpectedly deteriorates within 30 days, despite proper care, we\u2019ll work with you to find a suitable solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This may be a replacement plant, store credit, or another appropriate arrangement \u2014 depending on the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>What is covered?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plants that wilt, rot, or show severe damage within 30 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues not caused by care mistakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage during transport or upon arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problems caused by extreme temperatures during shipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>What is not covered?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal growth changes or natural leaf loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by incorrect watering, drafts, direct sunlight, or an unsuitable location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plants that have been repotted, trimmed, or altered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by neglect or extreme conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We may request additional photos or information to properly assess the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>Returns for Non\u2011Living Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For pots, accessories, and other non\u2011living items, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a 14\u2011day cooling\u2011off period starting from the day of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be unused and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and digital products cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product is used, damaged, or incomplete, a depreciation may be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-medium-font-size\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will refund you within 14 days after receiving the returned product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-superbfont-large-font-size\"><strong>How to Submit a Return or Guarantee Claim<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email info@floraholic.nl with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of the plant or product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of the packaging (if relevant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a short description of the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive a response within 2 to 5 business days.
