These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Floraholic and to every agreement established between Floraholic and you as a consumer.
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
- are of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence, or
- have permission from a responsible adult.
Article 3 – Our Offer
We do our best to present all products as clearly and accurately as possible. However, information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. No rights can be derived from such errors.
- Colors on screens may differ from reality.
- Products may be available in limited quantities.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.
Article 4 – Prices
- All prices on the website include VAT.
- Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
- Prices may change, but never retroactively for orders already placed.
Article 5 – Orders and Payment
An agreement is established once you place an order and we confirm it by email.
You are responsible for providing correct, complete, and up‑to‑date information when placing an order.
We offer payments via:
- WooPayments
- iDEAL
- Klarna
- Credit/debit card
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in cases of:
- suspected fraud or misuse
- clear errors in pricing or product information
- incorrect or incomplete customer information
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 2–6 days. Because some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary per product.
6.2. Shipping
- Shipping is handled by our suppliers.
- You will receive a track & trace code once available.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
- Floraholic is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
7.1. Live Plants
Live plants fall under perishable goods and are therefore excluded from the legal right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). This means plants cannot be returned.
7.2. Other Products
For all non‑perishable products:
- You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period starting from the day of receipt.
- You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
- You must register your return via info@floraholic.nl.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- You will receive a refund once we have received the product in good condition.
Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to depreciation.
Article 8 – 30‑Day Plant Guarantee
We want you to enjoy your plant. That’s why we offer:

If your plant unexpectedly deteriorates within 30 days after delivery, despite normal care, please contact us at info@floraholic.nl with:
- your order number
- a photo of the plant
- a short description of the issue
We may request additional photos or information to assess the situation.
We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or store credit.
Damage caused by improper care, neglect, or extreme conditions is not covered.
Article 9 – Return Process
For returns of non‑perishable products:
- Register your return via info@floraholic.nl
- You will receive return instructions
- Send the product back within 14 days after registration
- After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Article 10 – Complaints
We care about your satisfaction. If you have a complaint,

We will respond within 14 days.
Floraholic is not affiliated with a dispute resolution committee. You may submit your complaint to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, designs) is owned by Floraholic or our suppliers. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this material without written permission.
Article 12 – User Comments and Submissions
When you send us comments, reviews, ideas, or other submissions, you grant Floraholic the right to use, edit, and publish them.
You may not submit content that:
- infringes on third‑party rights
- is defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
- contains viruses or malicious code
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
Article 13 – Liability
Floraholic is not liable for:
- damage caused by improper use of products
- damage resulting from incorrect address information
- delays caused by carriers
- indirect damages such as loss of profit or consequential damages
Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order.
Article 14 – Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (such as strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or supplier disruptions), we may suspend or cancel the agreement without compensation.

Article 16 – Termination of the Agreement

Article 18 – Applicable Law
